Touch Tone Teller and Loan by Phone are available to you 24 hours a day! With Touch Tone Teller you can access your Credit Union accounts at your convenience. All you need is a touch tone phone, the Touch Tone Teller phone number (262) 884-9358 (Racine) or (262) 763-8303 (Burlington), your account number, and social security number. There is no charge, it's free to all members. It's simple and convenient! The computer will talk you through the entire process. You can start using it right now!

WHAT YOU CAN DO: With Touch Tone Teller and Loan By Phone you can:

• Review your Share (savings) and Share Draft (checking) account balances and history.
• Check your loan balances.
• Transfer money.
• Make loan payments from your Share or Share Draft account.
• Find out which checks have cleared your Share Draft account.
• Receive current interest rate information.
• Inquire about Credit Union hours.
• Hear Credit Union news.

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR: You will hear: Hello, Welcome to your Touch Tone Teller. Press:

• 3. For Credit Union rates
• 4. To make loan calculations
• 5. To apply for a loan
• 9. To access your account

Options l, 2 & 3 are messages recorded by the Credit Union that give you important information. You do not need to enter your account or social security number to access these options.

Option 4 will allow you to calculate a loan payment, the interest rate, the loan balance or the loan term. By entering any three known variables, the fourth will automatically be calculated for you. Touch Tone Teller will automatically give you instructions on how to use this feature. If you would like to skip the instruction message, press any key on your touch tone phone.

Option 5 will allow you to apply for a loan from the privacy of your own home. Detailed information will be asked and used to determine your credit worthiness. Using your touch tone phone and voice response, the system will generate your loan application for approval and a loan officer will have an answer for you generally within twenty four hours or less.

ACCOUNT ACCESS MENU

Primary Menu (Account Access)

Option 9 from the Welcome Menu. Do not press the (#) pound key.
Enter your account number followed by the (#) pound key.
Enter your social security number (or PIN) followed by the (#) pound key.

Touch Tone Teller will give you the Primary Menu of options shown below. Within each Primary Menu there is a sub-menu of options. It's simple! Touch Tone Teller will guide you through each step. Press:

#1 For balance information

• 1. For Share balances
• 2. For Loan balances
• 3. For Certificate balances
• 4. To list dividends earned
• 5. To list interest paid on loans
• 6. For IRA deposits
• * For the main menu

#2 For money transactions

• 1. For transfers
• 2. For withdrawals
• 3. For loan payments
• 4. For loan advance
• * To cancel

#3 For account history

• 1. To see if a check has cleared
• 2. A share history
• 3. Loan history

#4 To use account services

• 3. To change your Personal Identifcation Number(PIN)

#5 For Other options

• Takes you back to the welcome menu

#9 To access another account

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

• Always press the (#) pound key after you enter your account number and after you enter an amount of money. (Example: $45 is entered as 45#)
• Indicate a decimal point by pressing the (*) star key. (Example: $94.25 is entered as 94*25#).
• If you know the option you wish to access, you can select it at anytime. You do not need to wait for the Touch Tone Teller to list all options.
• Press the (*) star key at anytime to return to the main menu or to end the call.
• A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required when transferring from accounts of differing ownership. (Example: transferring funds from your account to your child's account) Your social security number is sufficient when transferring from your savings to checking or vise-versa. To request a PIN, just call or visit any of our three locations.
• If you have questions about Touch ToneTeller or if doesn't seem to be working properly for you, please call 884-8933 or the office nearest you.
• When a suffix is unknown, press O# when prompted for a list of all suffixes.
