Co-Operative Credit Union provides several service options that allow you to conduct your financial transactions easily, quickly and at your convenience.

Payroll Deduction - Sign up either at the credit union or with your payroll department to have a portion of your net pay sent directly to the credit union. Your funds can be directed to any account(s) here - checking, savings, retirement account, or loan. It's easy, convenient and automatic - freeing you from the need to make that payday trip to the credit union office.

Direct Deposit - With direct deposit, your entire paycheck is sent to the credit union. Your funds can be directed to any account(s) here - checking, savings, retirement account, or loan. Many employers send direct deposit through the Wisconsin Automated Clearing House Association, of which we are a member. This automated network ensures prompt posting of your payroll to your account. It's easy, convenient and automatic - freeing you from the need to make that payday trip to the credit union office. Contact your payroll department to learn whether this is an option for you.

Online Services (e*teller and Touch-Tone Teller) You can receive accurate, up-to-date information about your account, transfer funds from one suffix to another, make loan payments, see if a check has cleared, apply for a loan, get information about the credit union, and much more. This service is free and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Debit/Check Card Looks like a credit card, works like a plastic check! Just present your card, either sign your name or enter your secret personal identification number (PIN), and you are on your way. Your purchase amount is withdrawn from your checking account. No additional identification is required and the card is accepted anywhere MasterCard is honored. There are no finance or service charges, and all point-of-sale transactions are free. This card is also a TYME/ATM card, giving you account and cash access 24 hours a day at thousands of locations worldwide. There are no fees for deposits or inquiries. The first 6 ATM withdrawals each month are free; additional ATM withdrawals during the same month are 50 cents each. *Note - Many ATM owners charge a surcharge for the use of their machine. These surcharges are NOT included in the above information.
